Lightly or unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. Defective products or hair tools may be returned for full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt.

Lida's Beauty Lounge offers one (1) complimentary bang trim or clean up service between cuts. Subsequent bang trim/clean up services will be subject to a fee.
