Lida's Beauty Lounge stands by all our hair and skin care lines. We aim to find the best hair and skin care for your needs. No refunds on products. Lightly or unused products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. Defective products or hair tools may be returned for full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt.

Bang Trim/Clean Up Appointments

 

Lida's Beauty Lounge offers one (1) complimentary bang trim or clean-up service between cuts. Subsequent bang trim/clean up services will be subject to a fee.

Check-in Procedure

 

To provide you with the maximum benefits and enjoyment from your treatments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Your punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your scheduled treatment if you arrive late.
